Job Title: Process Improvement Consultant
Pay Rate: $120-$130 per hour
Duration: 4-5 months contract

Project Description
Contractor will perform analysis regarding broken tablets in bottles and bottles with low-fill counts. Company has received numerous customer complaints regarding “low-fill” and “broken tablets”: Low fill is a packaging issue. The issue is widespread amongst all the strengths. However, starting in late 2022, the problem seemed to trend primarily to 200mg / 30ct bottles. We want a consultant to review the complaints and the packaging process and make recommendations for process improvements.
“Broken tablets” is a manufacturing issue. Lately, since middle of 2023 to present, broken tablet complaints have surpassed “low fill” complaints.
We want a consultant to review the complaints and the manufacturing process and make recommendations for process improvements.
- There may also be improvements that can be made is packaging to cull out broken tablets before reaching the bottle.
- We’d also like the consultant to review and make a recommendation.
- Must have experience in Quality Packaging & Manufacturing.
- Preferable Bulk Manufacturing & Packaging.
