Job Description:
- Should have 7+ years of working experience in Fax, Telecom and IP Telephony products.
- Should have knowledge of Fax integration with exchange, AD, LRS.
- Working experience of migration of on-prem Fax to cloud solutions.
- Should have working experience in Cisco Unified Communication and Contact Center products.
- Single point of contact for Customer / end user to receive assessment, support and maintenance for IP Telephony, network devices, Servers and end points.
- Handling IPT L2 / L3 tasks.
- Hands on Experience to Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity, IP Phones, CUBE, Jabber, SAML, LDAP, SSO, Expressway, etc
- Excellent understanding of protocols like SIP and H323, routing protocols, SNMP, MPLS, SRV, DNS, certificates, etc.
- Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Telephony and networking problems.
- Good understanding of PSTN concepts like, TFN, DID, ANI, etc.
- Can work with delivery. Generate different documents as per business requirements.
- Knowledge of the network & windows components is essential.
- Understanding of design concepts.
