Job Title: Senior Data Analyst(Healthcare )
Location: Onsite in Rocky Hill, CT

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data related to provider operations and claim processing to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from various databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and support decision-making.
- Maintain data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and results comprehensively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and healthcare data management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong emphasis on healthcare data, including provider and claim processing.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with SSIS is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
