Title: SFDC Pardot Administrator
Location: Sunnyvale, ca
W2 Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Skills required
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Effectively gather Pardot requirements and manage internal expectations
- Maintain view of ongoing marketing campaigns and manage reporting/analytics
- Apply Pardot functionality like content personalization and automation
- Configure Pardot business units, user profiles, permissions optimally
- Plan and analyze integrated Pardot campaigns adjusted based on performance
- Lead Pardot implementations end-to-end following best practices
- Ability to think strategically while configuring Pardot technically
- Change management skills to drive Pardot end-user adoption
Related Technical Skills required
- 5+ years Pardot administration experience
- Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Salesforce and Pardot certification
- Expertise with data sharing, connectors between Pardot/Salesforce
- Proficient in Pardot and Salesforce reporting and analytics
- Experience with Salesforce CMS, custom sites, domains
- Agile methodologies
- Automation tools like Process Builder, Flows
Education
BS or equivalent degree in Business management, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline required. MBA degree preferred.
Salesforce certifications:
Certifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Marketing Cloud Administrator (strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred)
