Our client, a French multinational corporation that specializes in digital automation and energy management, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Fairfield, OH!
What You Will Be Doing
- As Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be an expert in various facets of production and manufacturing, including process design, ergonomics, capacity analysis, simulation tools, investment strategies, and cost analysis
- Your comprehensive knowledge will be instrumental in streamlining manufacturing processes
- You'll play a pivotal role in leading and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, making the manufacturing operations more efficient and effective
- You'll actively engage in Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to ensure that the manufacturing processes consistently meet and exceed quality standards
- You'll be a vital contributor to the development of new products, focusing on manufacturability and feasibility, helping to bring innovative solutions to market
- Assess the feasibility and profitability of investments tailored to manufacturing needs
- Manage the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system by keeping material, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and routings up-to-date, ensuring seamless coordination with Engineering team
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field
- Lean Manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in Excel, Macros, SQL, and Tableau is essential to leverage data and technology for manufacturing optimization
