Banking FinTech Solutions Consultant

The Banking FinTech Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by promoting software solutions and services to new prospects and existing clients within the assigned region. This role involves conducting product webinars, delivering onsite presentations, and working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Focus:
- Collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Partner with the sales team to secure new business and enhance existing client contracts.
- Provide backup and support for colleagues in their designated territories.
- Accurately document and maintain records of all sales activities.
- Stay updated on the company’s latest products and services.
- Maintain current and comprehensive records in the CRM system.
- Contribute to the development of customer proposals and assist in closing deals.
- Participate in industry events, user group meetings, and trade shows as needed.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet client needs.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Banking or Finance, with a focus on lending operations preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking or credit union environment, emphasizing lending, operational processes, and management reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial services software solutions and related applications.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate the value of products to clients.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing internal resources to achieve sales goals, with a high degree of creativity and independence.
- Experience in leading and directing teams or projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint, with additional graphic design software experience considered an asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
