The Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to PMBOK methodologies in order to meet expected timelines, scope, and budget. The Project Manager will be managing 4-7 concurrent projects end-to-end from project charter through project closeout.

Daily assignments may include but are not limited to:
- Independently manage medium to large sized projects concurrently from start to finish.
- Coordinate efforts of team members, vendors, and third-party resources in order to deliver projects.
- Plan, organize, and manage project resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project tasks objectives.
- Support senior level project managers on more complex projects.
- Use technology to lead virtual and in person meetings.
- Document all project activities using the established process, procedure, and related templates within the IT PMO.
- Mentor/educate general staff on project management processes and methodologies.
- Research new techniques within the field of project management, for continuous improvements.
- This position has much interaction with various hospital departments, medical staff and technical personnel.
- All other related assigned duties.
Education/Experience/Certifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 7-10+ years of Project Manager implementation experience
- PMP or PMI Certification desired but not required.
Skills and Abilities
- PMP Certification a plus.
- Proven ability to perform Risk Management, Issue Management, and Schedule Management.
- Must be able to analyze problems and draw conclusions using sound judgement.
- Must possess the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people including various healthcare professionals, administrators and various business leaders.
- Project management experience working in an integrated healthcare system focusing on either behavioral health, clinical health, population health or chronic disease management highly desired.
- Experience with leading project implementation for clinical applications such as EPIC EHR Systems.
- Healthcare, Hospital Applications or Clinical Application implementation Project Management experience desired.
- Demonstrated experience using tools such as PMIS, Project Server, MS Project, SharePoint, Service Now.
- Knowledge of MS Office, web technologies, and technology general, is helpful.
- Experience using PMI (PMBOK) methodology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
