The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for converting physical documents into digital format using scanning equipment and software. This role ensures that all documents are accurately scanned, categorized, and archived according to the organization's policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Document Imaging Specialist Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in document imaging, data entry, or a similar role preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with scanning equipment, document management software, and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
