Child Developmental Behavior Specialist is pivotal. Through our specialized approach, we empower children with autism, guiding them towards reaching their full potential. Our methods are grounded in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach within the framework of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards
- Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications:
- Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
