Recruiting Coordinator
Hybrid - 3x a week onsite in Seattle, WA (2 days remote)
6-11 month contract to potential conversion to FTE
Must-haves
-Experience in a coordination or scheduling role
-Highly organized and strong prioritization skills
-Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
-Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks at once
-Articulate, great phone presence and overall strong communication both written and verbal
-Ability to handle ambiguous tasks and efficiently
-Eager to get into recruiting
-Experience with Outlook and Excel
-Strong customer service
-Completed Bachelors degree or higher

An employer is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to help schedule and coordinate interviews. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moments notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. The RC is truly a liaison between the hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates and could be scheduling upwards of 50+ interviews a week. The backgrounds of this role can be diverse, but you must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
