Weekly Pay Range - $1912 To $2124 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid nursing license required at time of submission Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Charting experience with EPIC Job Description: - Serve as an ER Registered Nurse in a Level II Trauma Center. - Work in a fast-paced environment with an average daily census of 220 visits. - Manage patients with a range of acuity levels, including those with stroke, STEMI, trauma, critically ill conditions, and behavioral health needs. - Participate in every other weekend rotation as required. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. - Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain professional standards. - Flexibility to float between facilities within the state as needed. - Participate in a 40-hour orientation program. - Offer extensions encouraged based on performance and department needs. - Complete a minimum of three holiday shifts from the designated options (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). - Supply communication devices for professional use or receive reimbursement for work-related calls if not supplied. Additional Information: - This department has a high acuity and busy setting; candidates must be accustomed to such an environment. - Travelers will be treated well and are encouraged to extend their contracts if possible. - Scrub color is any, except no reddish orange permitted. - Candidates must have references covering one year of employment within the last three years before submission.
