We're on the lookout for a seasoned and visionary People Analytics Insight Partner to join our squad. What You'll Do:
The People Analytics Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making through the analysis and interpretation of people data. The role will collaborate closely with business partners and senior leadership to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations, ultimately contributing to organizational effectiveness and success. This role requires an excellent knack for storytelling, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science, human resources, and strategic business partnering.
Responsibilities:
Unleash Your Analytical Genius: Dive deep into the data to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and correlations. From HR metrics to employee engagement surveys, you'll leave no data point unturned in your quest for insights.
Be a Strategic Storyteller: Turn those insights into compelling narratives that captivate audiences and drive meaningful change. Whether you're presenting to C-suite executives or frontline managers, you know how to deliver insights in a way that inspires action.
Lead the Charge for Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the world of people analytics. From predictive modeling to machine learning, you're always on the lookout for new ways to push the boundaries of what's possible.
Be a Collaborative Rockstar: Partner closely with HR business partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand business goals and priorities. By forging strong relationships and working together as a team, you'll ensure that your insights have a real impact on the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
6+ years of experience in Data Science, Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations or HR/People Analytics, Modeling or related.
Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a People Analytics/Data Science role
Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, Data Analytics, or Statistics
3+ years of experience as People Analytics Insights partner, consulting background is a plus.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
