Job Title: SAP P2P Integration Business Analyst
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Business Analyst to join our IT team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business requirements and SAP technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration across various business systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP integration projects.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed requirements and business processes.
- SAP Integration:
- Design, configure, and test SAP integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and other IT teams to implement and maintain integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolution and ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Documentation and Training:
- Develop comprehensive documentation for SAP integration processes, including functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings.
- Provide training and support to end-users and business stakeholders on SAP functionalities and integration points.
- Project Management:
- Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation review for SAP integration projects.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure that integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Identify risks and issues related to integration projects and work with relevant teams to mitigate them.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and integration trends, recommending improvements and best practices.
- Analyze current business processes and propose enhancements to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP integration projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) and their integration points.
- Must have experience working with Procure to Pay, Master Data, and any Core Financial Modules within SAP
- Experience with SAP integration tools and technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, IDocs, ALE, BAPIs, etc.).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and process flows.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in relevant modules or integration technologies.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based integration solutions.
- Knowledge of industry-specific processes and regulations.
