Key activity updates for Repair Enablement (Pre-enablement Readiness, FAIs, Pilots etc.)
Repair order prioritization, Inbound scheduling, Customer escalations, Purges 4-week rolling Consigned & Turnkey Material Forecast & Shortage review
On-Hand DGI Review, Test/Headcount Capacity Review KPI Review & Reporting
Throughput, Commit Performance, Tester Utilization, Repair Yield, Repair TOO Supply Commit Plan, Planned v/s Actual Reporting
