Join Our Java Software Engineering Team in Plano, TX
We're looking for an experienced Java Engineer to do migration work! This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact projects and work alongside top-tier engineers in a collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ Years of Java Development within an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Java 8 or 11: Expertise in lambda expressions, Stream API, CompletableFuture, and more.
- Spring Boot Mastery: Hands-on experience in building robust applications.
- Asynchronous Programming & Microservices: Strong background in multithreading, API implementation, and microservices architecture.
- Data Migration Expertise: Proven experience in strategy planning, performance optimization, and bottleneck analysis for large-scale migrations.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong skills in data sourcing, modeling, and enrichment.
- Cloud Experience: Preferably AWS, along with CI/CD pipelines and systems design knowledge.
- Consulting Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a knack for client-facing interactions.
- Tech Stack Experience: Familiarity with at least two of the following—Kafka, MongoDB, Sonar, Jenkins, Oracle DB, Sybase IQ, DB2, Drools, CMS tools like Adobe AEM, search tools like Algolia, Elasticsearch, or Solr, and Spark.

- Financial Services Experience: Prior experience in credit card or financial services is a big plus
- Enterprise-Level Maturity: Deep experience in building long-term enterprise products with enterprise level firms
