- Gather details (step-by-step) processes from team members
- Create detailed process maps
- Write detailed procedures from process maps
- Test procedures after writing to ensure accuracy and matching to the process maps
High-level Description: This role involves working closely with team members to analyze processes, create process maps, and write detailed (step-by-step) procedures for ease of understanding and use by people who may fill in for that job or be hired and needs to learn that job. Gathering and updating data and reports and developing/editing presentations. The person should have strong MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Visio skills, people skills, be detail-oriented, and willing to learn new things.
