Key Skills :
- Banking and financial services experience is required with strong communication skills.
- 12 or more years of experience in IT including proficiency in Technology ,Project Manager role and Agile Scrum Master role.
- Minimum of 7 years of Enterprise project/program management experience in the banking industry.
- Mobile Application development experience and managing the dependencies on release with Backend teams.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and SharePoint.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and with attention to detail.
- Possess skills to analyze a situation and make decisions or recommendations based on the data.
- Experienced with developing and delivering presentations to all levels, including CxOs.
- Quick learner. Possess mindset to learn and adopt newer technologies in the field.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external business and technical partners.
Education:
• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or related field.
• Project management certification is a plus.
