One of our Series B portfolio companies is building the next generation of access management solutions. I'm seeking a hands-on engineering manager with a strong technical foundation to support their team's growth.
In this role, you will manage a team that works on the core product, which is critical to the business. You will work cross-functionally when many partners interact directly with customers, keeping your team closely aligned with customer sentiment and feedback.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years overall experience with 1-4 years of management experience leading high-performing software development teams, preferably at a startup.
- Have the ability to attract, inspire, challenge, mentor, grow, and retain top technical talent
- Excellent product instincts with demonstrated ability to deliver meaningful (and measurable) impact for highly complex projects
- Proven ability to lead from the front rally teams, and move them forward whenever they get stuck

This role reports to the VP of Engineering.
