The Plant Manager will lead the Operations team responsible for the manufacture, assembly, and on-time delivery of high quality heat exchangers, products and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management of the Operations team which includes manufacturing, manufacturing engineering and maintenance.
- Maximize efficiency through the design and implementation of improved manufacturing strategies and allocate assets and resources to meet quality, safety, cost, delivery, and volume and productivity goals.
- Utilize problem solving methodology to understand root cause and drive improvements.
- Support lean initiatives and develop lean culture throughout the organization.
- Benchmark and establish performance metrics, collect and report results.
- Manage the budget and personnel expenses and deliver on commitments by controlling cost, capital, inventory and assets.
- Assure compliance with all federal, state, local and corporate policies, laws, and regulations

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in operations, engineering or related technical field required, with advanced technical or business administration degree preferred.
- Knowledge of, and experience in, lean manufacturing or Toyota Production System (TPS) including deployment preferred.
- Five plus years experience in manufacturing management required.
- Ten or more years in an automotive or Tier 1 Supplier manufacturing environment preferred.
- Financial Management, Process Management, and Project Management skills and abilities with demonstrated success.
