Senior Tooling Manager
Minimum 5 Years experience as a Senior Tooling Manager
Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Senior Tooling Manager to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Charlotte, NC.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tooling management
- Preferred background in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of safety and ergonomics standards, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and tools
- Experience with procurement, both domestic and international
- Strong interdisciplinary communication skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced objectives and collaborate with internal teams and customers
- Supervisory experience

- General oversight of processes
- Knowledge in various fabrication and machining processes
