Resource's typical working day:
- Desktop support helping a wide range of end users.
- Responding to tickets
- Maintaining office technology
- Front facing customer service.
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
Years of Experience needed:
- 5 years+ of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service.
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies:
- MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Top Must have Skills:
- Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management.
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
