Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Implement and maintain Power Platform solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Ensure solutions are secure and maintainable.
- Work with other IT organizations and the Citizen Development Program to ensure quality support and delivery to the end-user.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Perform system configurations, defining fields, views, and forms to meet the defined requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills-Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint Online.
- Strong experience with Power Platform tools and SharePoint Online
- Ability to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and sprint planning.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior and citizen developers.
- Experience with common data service, data connectors, and APIs.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform including mobile and offline capabilities.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Power Platform.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies.
- Experience in conducting code reviews.
- Experience working with virtual teams.
- Experience with other low-code platforms like Mendix.
- Experience with Full Stack programming Ex: .Net.
- Basic knowledge of single sign-on technologies
- Ability to provide and review estimates; Agile estimation and planning strongly preferred.
- Ability to create and review technical designs.
- Ability to quickly learn and analyze business processes, working closely with users, business analysts and project managers.
- Ability to plan and execute responsibilities with minimal direction.
- Ability to manage various tasks and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environment supporting internal and external customers.
- Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments.
- Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals.
- Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical.
