My Client is looking to bring in a QC Manager to spear head this department and be intermetal in steps going forward within the business.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years experience in the QC/QA field for concrete/GFRC elements.
- PCI G preferred
- PCI Level II minimum, must pass PCI G within 3/6? Months of hire
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken
- Ability to write comprehensive Root Cause Analysis Reports
- Must understand ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
- Expert command of Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Job Description:
- Revamp existing QC/QA program to meet the revised QC plan with check points and handovers as per the attached scheme
- Perform tests on materials as required by PCI document MNL 128
- Maintain records and traceability for each unit as it undergoes production, finishing and loading.
Steel: Incoming raw materials check for documentation and specifications
Frame inspection at handover
Mould: Check dimensions and suitability prior to release to production
Mixing: Spot check of mix weights, mixing time and temperature
Spray: Audit test board manufacture and preparation. Prepare specimens for testing
Strip: Confirm GFRC strengths prior to stripping, check panels as stripped vs tickets for tolerances.
Finishing: Audit finishing procedures and finished product daily.
