This is a full time role paying up to 130k/year.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Claims Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan offices. The Claims Manager helps develop long-range goals and objectives, analyzing costs, activities and operations, supporting the goals of claims department. There is 20% travel involved to client and managing sites. Expectations is to be in office 1x a week. Team will be managing 6 Supervisors, about 50 people.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-experience developing people - skills with public presentations, resolving issues, and meeting with clients - performance management - experience with 1 of the states listed in Workers Compensation: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan
