Senior IT/OT Engineer
CLIENT:
A specialist in developing, operating and maintaining critical infrastructure, such as renewable energy, and power transmission& distribution networks.
ROLE:
The Senior Information and Operational Technology Engineer will support the SCADA Package in all networking, security system integration and communications aspects related to the offshore Windfarm. The candidate will be supporting and leading engineering activities and decisions with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
You will be reporting to the SCADA and Engineering Managers and will be responsible for leading IT/OT project interfaces, implementing robust and cost-effective engineering strategies, solutions and plans, installation, planning and implementing delivery sites and logistics, complying with company and business engineering standards and technical acceptance criteria, and ensuring quality, best practices and excellent H&SE performance are applied.

Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months rolling contract. Options to stay for 4+ years
Location: Boston Massachusetts. (Must live in Boston for this role)
Type: W2 Employment
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday (Hybrid working options available to discuss I.E 2 days a week from home).
Pay rate: Around 80-100$ /hr
Expenses: Not covered unless asked to work away from base location
