MelroseMAC Service Technician
Are you an Apple aficionado with a knack for problem-solving? We’re looking for a Service Technician to join our dynamic team at MelroseMAC!
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair macOS & iOS devices
- Communicate with Apple for efficient repairs
- Field incoming service calls.
- Manage parts and service documentation and update in our service repair order management system
- Communicate with customers regularly (diagnosis, solutions, options, ready for pick-up, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Required Skills:
- Mac OS and iOS experience
- Responsive, attentive to detail, and able to communicate effectively.
- Desire to work within a team, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent technology problem solving skills and ability to stay current on best solutions.
- Certified or desire to become certified in Mac OS, iOS and other hardware. Training will be provided.
- Flexible individual who can adapt to various tasks and provide coverage for additional retail roles as needed.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience performing Apple service.
- Apple Certifications.
- Experience with Ethernet/Wireless networks.
- On-site support capabilities.
