We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our Corpus Christi team. Our Corpus Christi office opened in 2021 and continues to steadily grow at a good and solid pace. We have exciting work on the boards and are looking forward to growing our Corpus team!
The ideal candidate will work closely with a Senior Project Manager ensuring successful project management from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Project Manager on multiple projects.
- Manage bid-phase communications and addenda.
- Record and maintain project meeting minutes.
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Conduct shop drawing reviews, handle RFI’s, ASI’s, CO’s, and PR’s during Construction Administration (CA).
- Attend Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
- Coordinate with Project Architects and consultants.
- Maintain project conformance sets and specifications.
- Conduct site observations and issue detailed reports.
- Perform final site observations and produce punch lists.
- Gain exposure to and understand building codes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles and practices.
- Proficiency in REVIT.
- Demonstrated ability to build new client relationships.

Education & Experience
- Professional degree in Architecture required.
- Registered Architect in Texas required, however will accept a candidate actively pursuing licensure.
- Familiarity with applicable building codes.
- Minimum of 5 years of overall architectural experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management or assisting w/ project management duties.
