Are you ready to play a pivotal role in a dynamic firm? Our Operations Assistant (OA) position offers a unique opportunity to support our Administrative Services Division while contributing to the success of our Tax, Audit, and Client Services divisions.
What You'll Do:
- Supports the overall operational needs of the firm.
- Supports the Tax & Audit divisions with processing financial statement and proposals, tax return handling, eFiling, and client data maintenance.
- Assist in a variety of administrative tasks such as scanning, mail handling, database maintenance, daily errands, and office upkeep.
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and contribute to a positive work environment.

- Technical competency in tax processing and financial statements.

Requirements:
- Associate degree. (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Office administration experience, ideally in a public accounting firm.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and type at least 50 WPM.
