TITLE: EPIC User Provisioning Specialist
LOCATION: Onsite - Atlanta, GA 30342 or Remote
ANTICIPATED DURATION:6 months – extension and perm potential possible
EPIC User Provisioning Specialist Responsibilities:
User Provisioning & Deprovisioning:
· Manage the provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts in eClinicalWorks (ECW) and Epic systems.
· Process term tickets for departing staff, ensuring timely inactivation of accounts in ECW and other systems.
· Grant and adjust access levels as required, ensuring appropriate permissions are in place.
· Coordination with EMR Team:
· Work closely with the EMR team to align user access with system changes and organizational needs.
· Facilitate smooth transitions during the migration from ECW to Epic or custom Epic systems.
· Data Entry & Management:
· Accurately enter and manage data related to user accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
· Maintain records of user access requests, modifications, and terminations.
· System Access Administration:
· Monitor user access levels and adjust as necessary to comply with security policies and regulations.
· Address any issues related to user access promptly and efficiently.- Support & Troubleshooting:
· Provide support to users experiencing access issues, working to resolve problems quickly.
· Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve system access issues.
EPIC User Provisioning Specialist Requirements:
· Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) or similar EMR systems.
· Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
· Excellent communication skills, capable of working with various teams and departments.
· Basic understanding of information security principles related to user access.
· Familiarity with Epic systems or other healthcare IT platforms is a plus.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
