Location: 10920 Wilshire Blvd Ste 900, Los Angeles, CA 90024 (LARGELY REMOTE)
Duration: 10 months contract w/ possibility of extensions
Notes:
- Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm PT.
- Hybrid role: 90% Remote; 10% Onsite.
Job Description:
- Reporting to the Unified Communications Manager, the device management analyst provides management, implementation, development, adaptation, integration, and enhancement of JAMF (MDM), Healthcare Listener, and iOS shared clinical devices.
- They will manage the configuration, maintenance, and gold image of all shared devices for clinicians and patients.
- The analyst will manage daily changes, updates, patches, and upgrade to the system as defined by Unified Communication team policies.
- Participates as a member of the Delivery & Quality Team.
- Facilitates and supports other ISS unified communication systems and projects & updates SOP’s and training materials as requested.
- Functions as the team liaison to vendor resources related to above activities.
- Develop & execute action plans to remove project barriers relative to the specific application build.
Qualifications:
- JAMF MDM experience.
- 3-5 years in a healthcare related organization.
- Extensive knowledge of best practices regarding workflows, policies, procedures, systems, and culture in the application area.
- Previous management experience and effective leadership skills.
- Prior MDM application management experience preferred.
- Superior organizational skills and customer service orientation .
- Project management experience to manage project plan, lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts.
- Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.
- Demonstrated skill in business process flow analysis and design.
- Prior experience with IT systems and systems development projects.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and shape consensus, lead group discussions and presentations to clinical and business operations leaders from across the organization.
- Ability to establish and maintain a spirit of cooperation and respect, flourish in an unstructured environment, and always engage in professional and ethical conduct.
- Ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations.
- Must recognize problems, evaluate, and refer to the appropriate channels for action.
