We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with hands-on experience in Generative AI and ML-driven products and solutions to help our clients design, build, and optimize their businesses with an emphasis on improving business metrics and justifying ROI. Your Profile:
You are a strong leader in your field, capable of analyzing business requirements and designing products based on robust commercial and open-source technology solutions. You are well-versed in the modern cloud applications delivery process and have extensive experience collaborating with engineering teams. As a Generative AI/ML enthusiast, you stay up-to-date with AI industry news from leaders like Databricks, AWS, Azure, Google, and Facebook. You enjoy testing and comparing various solutions, reviewing Hugging Face and other model marketplace comparison charts, and exploring niche AI-based products. You also have hands-on experience with AI tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with current clients and prospects as a domain expert in the fields of Generative AI and Machine Learning. Demonstrate examples of similar solutions and present a deep understanding of the technologies, along with the ability to select and apply the right technologies to achieve client goals.
- Client interviewing and requirement analysis
- Create solution proposals using popular market technologies and solutions, and promote these proposals throughout client organizations. Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization
- Oversee AI-driven projects, ensuring that data science and engineering teams are aligned with product goals.
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, driving growth and ensuring KPIs are met.
- Serve as the product leader across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving the successful delivery of product features.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Stay ahead of AdTech and AI trends, positioning the company as a leader in innovation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management or Sales Engineering experience
- 1+ year of hands-on GenAI/ML experience
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch, particularly in the AI and data-driven sectors.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in managing Agile teams.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications::
- Experience in Technical Account Manager or Sales Engineering from Tech. Service Companies.
- Certification in DataBricks or other Data/ML technologies
- Experience in AdTech industry and GenAI/ML applications for AdTech
- Cloud engineering or DevOps experience and ability to install and test new tools on AWS/Azure accounts.
