Job Overview:
In this role, you will plan, direct, and coordinate office and administrative support activities across the organization. You will be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff, developing and implementing office procedures, and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative support staff to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Recruit, train, and allocate responsibilities and office space to personnel.
- Lead, motivate, and develop administrative staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage schedules, project deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and define operations and administrative procedures, systems, and processes.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and maintain fiscal responsibility.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in General Business, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 5+ years of applicable experience in office and executive administration
- 3+ years’ experience managing a team.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience working with C-Suite and Executive-level employees.
- Proven ability to effectively manage employees in an office environment.
- Facilities/vendor management experience is required.
- Strong communication skills, including executive level communication.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Office 365 Suite (specifically Excel) and financial software programs.
