Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to define requirements for the customer communications management system
- Responsible for communicating to the business and technical teams with any updates related to the system
- Manage System availability and SLA reporting
- Oversee scheduling and ad-hock job requests
- Monitor and trend form usage to establish an audit and retention practice
- Work with other technical teams to set up integrations between systems
- Maintain documentation, engagement rules, and standards.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience managing SaaS solutions
- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and technical documentation skills
