As their new Digital Measurement Services Manager, you will manage relationships with local marketing teams, serving as a trusted advisor on campaign setup and execution best practices. Ensure that all campaigns, test pilots, and initiatives adhere to data-driven approaches, prioritizing data over intuition. Additionally, oversee the creation of an insights dashboard a single source of truth.

Responsibilities:
- Implement plans and strategies based on audience insights and market trends that align with business objectives.
- Participate in local marketing planning sessions and present insights to stakeholders.
- Actively engage and participate in local marketing planning sessions, understanding the marketing calendar and how it fits within the wider business context.
- Contribute to a single source of truth digital dashboard for data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate to create a standardized framework and KPIs for evaluating campaign performance.
- Conduct test and learn pilots, share results and iterate marketing strategies.
- Highlight efficiencies gained through data-driven decision-making.
- Document outcomes and key takeaways from pilot campaigns in the LRB Learning Compendium.
- Implement best practices for LRB digital activities.
- Develop digital campaign planning and measurement methodologies.
- Work with LRB media planners and business leaders.
- Ensure proper tagging of digital activities.
- Facilitate adoption of third-party solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or data analytics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Paid Media would be a real plus.
- Experience leading a fast-moving, explosive-growth brand.
- Strong internal influencer with high visibility and impact.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and outcomes, making sound decisions and addressing setbacks.
- Proven track record of promoting ideas and curiosity, continually seeking input from others and challenging the status quo.
- Ability to actively care and develop teams, creating an engaging culture and demonstrating compassion.
- Experience in iterative business improvement within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Familiarity with product innovation and new market creation best practices within a fail-fast, learn-faster environment.
