May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources; functions with a high degree of autonomy. Uses advanced professional training and development expertise to design, develop and maintain the master training environment for assigned clinical and/ or business applications module(s). Responsible for quality control and training effectiveness. Support design of desired workflows to achieve clinical quality, efficiency, and patient experience goals. Design training programs to represent desired workflows. Design training programs to be engaging, practical, and relevant. Deliver training using innovative, user-centric approaches to support physicians, NPs, and staff to achieve goals of care.The full salary range for the Clinical Application Trainer is $96,700 - $184,100 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $140,400 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
