Overview: We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to oversee and optimize a portfolio of commercial real estate properties. The Asset Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize property value, improve operational performance, and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance property value and achieve financial objectives.
- Oversee property performance, including leasing, tenant relations, capital improvements, and property maintenance.
- Analyze financial statements, market data, and property reports to identify opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure efficient operations, adherence to budgets, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage the preparation and execution of annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for each asset.
- Negotiate and manage leases, renewals, and tenant improvements in coordination with leasing teams.
- Conduct regular property inspections and market assessments to identify opportunities for property enhancement and repositioning.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and investors.
- Coordinate with external partners, including brokers, contractors, and legal advisors, to support property initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to inform asset strategy.
- Support acquisition and disposition activities by conducting due diligence and financial analysis.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, property management, or related roles.
- Skills: Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills; knowledge of commercial real estate markets; excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Competencies: Strategic thinker with strong project management abilities, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
