Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
5+ years experience in this role with Capital Market Experience.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Functional business analysis or systems analysis in the Capital Market industry.
- Good to have knowledge of business functions, process flows, and data flows from front to back for any banking product.
- Good to have a strong understanding of functional architecture and data governance in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to consult with business end-users to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems, and industry standards, recommending appropriate solutions.
- Complete understanding of trade life cycle
- Experience with all phases of the SDLC
- Ability to Analyse Business Processes: Analyse business processes, gaps in capabilities, and identify appropriate data sources, interfaces, and process changes required to address capability gaps.
- Clear Communication: Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas and solutions effectively.
- Monitor and support production systems to ensure smooth operation
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement solutions
- Work closely with development teams to implement changes and enhancements
- Knowledge of market structure, financial products, regulations, and competing solution providers.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Capital Market domain, sharing insights with the team and clients.
