The International Site Services- Project Manager is a position within the International Site Services Group and is based out of the Camden office and will report to the ISS Program Manager and will be responsible for Project Management duties including:
- Schedule development and maintenance
- Cost Control and Financial Reporting
- Customer Invoicing
- Purchase Requisition development and tracking
- Implements the ISS Pool to Pad training program
- Ensures project preparation and Holtec procedure compliance are maintained
- Develops and maintains schedules for field projects
- Develops and maintains staffing needs
- Oversees International ISS projects (including site visits) to ensure projects are in compliance with Holtec standards
- Leads and coordinates emergent support with deployed projects
- Supports proposal development to create accurate cost models to be used
- Participates in customer presentations supporting new and ongoing work
- Identifies areas for improving process/procedure/efficiency
- Conducts kickoff meetings
- Ensures that issues are communicated thru the program stakeholders, and also keep open communications with the clients, ensuring that site operations are reported accurately and concisely.
- Develops initial man loading for field projects and tracks man-load burn curves for all field projects
- Maintains the International ISS Training and Qualification Database
- Maintains the International ISS Behavior Surveillance Program
- Coordinating purchasing of tools, equipment and consumables to support project needs
The ISS PM will be the primary point of contact for the group to maintain consistent progress allowing the group’s senior management to travel as needed to support business needs.
