- Communicating with clients to answer questions and provide guidance on insurance policies
- Reviewing applications for new insurance policies to ensure they are complete and accurate
- Providing clients with information about available insurance options and coverage requirements
- Coordinating with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other parties involved in claims disputes to settle cases
- Working with insurance carriers to establish premiums for new policies and renew existing ones
- Negotiating prices with insurance carriers to obtain competitive rates for clients
