Akkodis is seeking Technical Sourcer for a 6- Month- Contract position with a client located in Los Angeles, CA or San Jose, CA or Bellevue, WA (Onsite).
Pay Range: $40- $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing statistical models and implementing data science solutions.
SKILLS
- Sourcing Data Scientists, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Cloud and databases; NoSQL, Kubernetes, AI/ML, Research Science, Heavy Data Center, E -commerce; Algorithm, data platform.
- Leadership experience, self - sufficient.
- High Volume of reqs - must be able to handle high volume req load, administrative duties, out-bound.
- Will be involved in kickoff calls, and update calls with HMs, comp conversations, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sourcing strategy for key technical talent at all levels.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency.
- Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks).
- Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details).
- Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums.
