Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Integration Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration technologies and a keen interest in working with SAP systems, though SAP experience is preferred but not required. The Integration Analyst will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across our enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Design & Implementation: Develop and implement integration solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements. Work with various integration tools and platforms to ensure efficient and reliable system interactions.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and integration plans.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions to address disruptions or inefficiencies in system interactions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, including system configurations, data mappings, and integration workflows. Ensure that documentation is comprehensive and current.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans for integration solutions to validate that they meet business requirements and technical specifications. Address any issues identified during testing.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor integration performance, analyze data and metrics to identify potential areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize integration efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business units, to ensure successful integration projects. Facilitate communication and coordinate efforts to achieve project goals.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for integration solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance, and implementing updates as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in integration analysis or a similar role, with hands-on experience in integration tools and technologies (e.g., API management, ETL tools, middleware platforms). SAP experience is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in integration technologies and platforms (e.g., API management, ETL tools, middleware). Familiarity with SAP integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
