Senior Desktop Support Engineer/ End User Computing Specialist
IT Client Success & Executive Support Specialist will be responsible for providing white-glove expert level desktop support. Demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining and troubleshooting conference room technology, optimizing workspaces and be able to rectify issues across various devices including Windows and Apple computers, cloud-based Windows desktops, mobile devices including androids and iPhones. This candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Teams and the Office 365 suite. Most importantly, we are looking for a candidate who can muti-task various projects to completion by deadlines and perform meticulous tasks such as asset management and on-site event support.
This is a mix of Desktop and Help Desk support role and will function as a End-User Services Support Specialist.
Duties:
Desktops, Laptops (both MAC & PCs), Mobile Devices, Android and IOS, iPads
Hardware and software support including install, break/fix, training and educating employees on existing and new tools and technologies for local and remote employees
Asset management
Onboarding new employees
Must be strong on Intune and Jamf for endpoint management
Creating and working support tickets
Santa Clara site support responsibilities including maintaining network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity.
Setting up and supporting conference room technology to enable effective collaboration.
Provide technology support for all live and remote events.
Experience in assisting conferencing technology such as LogiTech Tap.
Dedicated local support for our CEO when he is in the office.
Supporting Executives and other “C” level positions.
Supporting all Board level meetings and strategic level conferences.
Design, deploy pro-active measures and dashboards to maintain higher levels of support for our Santa Clara site.
Being actively present on-site in our Santa Clara office (min 4 days a week, Friday being potential flex day)
Daily checks of all conference room technology to be performed prior to leaving the office
