Vaco is looking for a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join the team of a local client in Dallas. Service Desk Specialists in this role should have extensive experience working with Azure and solid customer service skills to provide quality white glove support.
This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity and on-site 5 days a week in Dallas, TX.
Qualifications- 6+ years of experience providing technical support to end users both deskside and remote
- Ability to successfully complete level 1-3 tickets
- 6+ years of experience supporting Windows Operating systems and software
- 6+ years of experience supporting and administering O365 (troubleshoot Outlook Errors, Teams Issues, Printers, etc.)
- 6+ years of experience supporting hardware and infrastructure (VoIP Phones, Printers, Conference Room Equipment, Desktops/Laptops, etc.)
- 6+ years of experience supporting and administering Active Directory (creating users, distribution groups, password resets, etc.)
- 4+ years of experience with Azure
- Azure AD (AD Devices, RBAC roles, Resource Groups, NSGs, etc.)
- Azure Virtual Desktops
- SSO Management
- 3+ years of experience with Network support (troubleshooting/configuring -- LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, Routers/Switches, etc.)
- Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune/Microsoft Endpoint)
