We have an immediate opening for an Engineering Project Lead & Release Manager to work closely with a diverse engineering team, the program management office, as well as the client’s call center and field support representatives to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all projects and tasks.
Job Title: Engineering Project Lead & Release Manager
Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85257 – Hybrid (1-3 days in the office)
Contract Duration: 12 months or longer
Pay: $57.54/hour
Note: Due to the nature of work all candidates must be US Citizens. Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire, but must be obtainable within a reasonable period of time as determined by program requirements.
As a Project Lead and Release Manager on the Rescue 21 program, you will work closely with a diverse engineering team, the program management office, as well as our call center and field support representatives to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all projects and tasks. Your main responsibilities will include proposing, planning, executing, and delivering project deliverables. This entails defining objectives, creating schedules, and collaborating among stakeholders and ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Fully proficient ability to anticipate technology, process, and skill needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
