We are looking to add to our : Dental Hygienists needed for our Warsaw and Huntington offices
Responsibilities
Modular periodontal therapy
Microscope utilization and education
Sterilize dental instruments properly
Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis
Plaque removal and fluoride application
Educate patients of all ages on proper oral care
Give instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures
Take X-rays
Assist dentists with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases (including oral cancer)
Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
Monitor supplies
Skills
Licensed Dental Hygienist (new grads welcome to apply!)
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
Outstanding communication skills and chair side manner
Team player
Attention to detail
Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job
Diploma in Dental Hygiene
Valid license to practice in state of IN
