- Must have Commercial Experience
- A Minimum of five years of experience in estimating with some project management experience.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction methods materials, and regulations.

This role primarily focuses on estimating, with additional responsibilities in project management. You will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, supporting project execution, and ensuring that all aspects align with client expectations and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating: Prepare accurate and detailed takeoffs using industry-standard software, ensuring precise project cost assessments.
- Project Management: Support the management of projects from inception to completion, helping to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Assist in obtaining competitive bids and managing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Help create project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure projects remain profitable.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate necessary reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in takeoff software, Smartsheet or similar, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Experience in creating and managing schedules using Gantt charts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
