Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Big Construction Projects in Pensacola, FL. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. They will seek bids, coordinate subcontractors installing infrastructure and lead an in house crew. They will communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management
- Proven experience in reading blueprints, analyzing to make sure there are no conflicts
in placement of utilities and other infrastructure.
- Proven experience performing manual estimating
- Proven experience verifying correct installation of all work performed in field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to resolve conflict without escalation to the benefit of company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
