Position Overview
The Digital Farming Solutions (DFS) organization is seeking a visionary Senior Engineering Leader to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of agriculture. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS, IS, EE) and 10+ years of Software engineering experience.
- Proven Leadership: Experience leading and influencing technology projects, fostering high-performing agile teams.
- Technical Leadership: Deep understanding of programming languages and full-stack principles, guiding teams for high-quality software delivery across platforms (Web/Mobile)
- Collaborative Visionary: Promotes innovation, autonomy, and thrives in ambiguity.
- Communication & Change: Excellent communication (written & verbal) and adept at navigating organizational change.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven ability to architect, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging expertise in serverless, containers, and infrastructure as code tools:
