Job Title: Endpoint SCCM Engineer
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Onsite Daily)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Endpoint SCCM Engineer to join our IT team at a leading global asset management firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our endpoint environment, ensuring seamless operations across our infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell, Active Directory, and Lansweeper. The position is based in downtown Los Angeles and requires daily onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- SCCM Administration: Manage and maintain the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, including deployment, patch management, and software distribution across global endpoints.
- Intune and Autopilot Management: Oversee the implementation and administration of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, ensuring efficient mobile device management (MDM) and zero-touch device provisioning.
- PowerShell Scripting: Develop and maintain custom PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, enhance system efficiency, and support various IT functions.
- Active Directory Management: Administer and maintain Active Directory, including group policy management, user account management, and integration with other IT systems.
- Lansweeper IT Asset Management: Utilize Lansweeper for comprehensive IT asset management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of hardware and software inventory.
- Endpoint Security: Implement and enforce endpoint security policies, including antivirus, encryption, and vulnerability management, to protect against potential threats.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide Tier 3 support for complex endpoint-related issues, working closely with other IT teams to resolve incidents promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in an endpoint engineering role, with a strong focus on SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Proven experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Hands-on experience managing Active Directory and group policies.
- Experience with Lansweeper or similar IT asset management tools.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SCCM, including software distribution, patch management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for mobile device management.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system management.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, including user and group management.
- Familiarity with Lansweeper IT asset management.
