In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving the execution of our Medical Engagement Strategy, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, and fostering collaborations with clinical trial investigators, healthcare professionals, and industry experts. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operationalization of external Medical Engagement Strategy with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to positively influence clinical trial enrollment and scientific engagement.
- Communicate performance insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MSN, PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related field.
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM and experience in a Field Medical role is a plus.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
